Getting to know Curtis Road Church of God
Love Boldly, Serve Compassionately, Live Intentionally

You don’t have to do life alone—welcome to the journey.

At Curtis Road Church of God, we’re a community of real people following a real Savior. We believe in creating a space where everyone can experience God’s presence, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships—one step at a time.

We’re committed to doing life together—offering hope, speaking life, and walking alongside one another in grace and truth. We’re led by the Holy Spirit, not by fear or pressure, and we’re passionate about seeing people come alive in the purpose God has placed within them.

Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • We introduce people to Jesus—the source of hope, healing, and purpose.

  • We create space for belonging—where you can grow at your own pace and feel genuinely welcomed.

  • We live with intention—loving boldly, serving humbly, and following God’s lead.

No matter where you are in your journey, you’re welcome here. Come as you are, and discover what it means to live fully, love deeply, and walk in step with God’s purpose for your life.

This is Curtis Road. This is family. Welcome home.

Questions You May Have

Sunday Morning Worship Time

Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m.
Our worship service starts at 10:30 a.m. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find parking, grab a coffee, and settle in.

What About children during the morning worship service?

At Curtis Road Church of God, we believe children are not a distraction—they are a vital part of the body of Christ. We love having kids in the room, and we consider their joyful noise a sign of a church that’s alive and growing.

That’s why our children (ages 4–11) join us in the sanctuary during the beginning of our morning worship service. We want them to experience the presence of God alongside their families and know they are welcome in the heart of the church—not hidden away.

After worship, they’re dismissed to Children’s Church—a fun, age-appropriate environment where they can grow in their faith, learn the truth of God’s Word, and experience Jesus in a way that connects with their young hearts and minds. We’re not here to just babysit—we’re helping you raise young disciples. Your children will be seen, loved, and taught with care, while you enjoy the rest of the service knowing they are being poured into with purpose.

Parking / Main Entrance

We have two main entrances, one on each side of the building. There is parking on both sides of the building.

Dress

We’re a come-as-you-are kind of church. Whether you feel most comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt or prefer to dress more formally, you are welcome here.

Some come in suits or dresses, others in sneakers and hoodies—either way, we believe God is far more interested in the posture of your heart than your wardrobe. We care that you’re here, not what you’re wearing.

So don’t stress about fitting a mold. Come as you are, and let’s worship Jesus together with open hearts and genuine faith.

How Long Does The Service Last

Our Sunday morning services typically last about 90 minutes. During that time, we engage in heartfelt worship, hear a Spirit-led message, and allow space for God to move.

We’re not here to rush in and out—we’re here to encounter Jesus, grow in His Word, and walk away changed. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been with us for years, we believe every minute together matters.
